Once you place your order for a Custom Counter, our team will handle the customization process with you. After your purchase, you’ll receive an email with instructions to submit your logo. Our team will then ensure everything is perfect before finalizing the design and printing your Counter.

• No white color will be printed; white areas will show the wood surface.
• Import files with a CMYK color profile.
• For black, use absolute black (C:100, M:100, Y:100, K:100) to avoid a grayish print.

Your Custom Counter comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects or malfunctions. As the product is personalized with your custom logo printed on the front panel, it is not eligible for return.
