How much does the shipping cost ?
The shipping costs are simulated in your orders. Make sure to note that if you’re eligible to free shipping, it doesn’t take the potential customs fees and taxes in consideration.
Where are you shipping to ?
We’re shipping (almost) in the whole world. The countries list is available in your shopping cart.
When will I receive my order ?
Make sure you take these elements in consideration when completing an order :
- the shipping period estimation is counted in working days : from Monday to Friday, without public holidays.
- you’ll have to count this period from the moment you receive a shipping confirmation e-mail.
- you’ll need to add the preparation times & the shipping period to have a complete estimation of the period between the moment you order and the moment you receive your counter.
We validate and send your order’s details to our logistic center right after the payment confirmation.
If your order is completed before 1:00pm (GMT+1), the parcel will be shipped the very day. In the opposite case, the parcel will be sent the following after.
Exception: an order completed between Friday at 1pm and Saturday 11:59pm will be sent the following Monday.
Here’s an estimation of the shipping period, once your order has left our warehouse :
|France||1 to 2 working days|
|EU||2 working days|
|Out of EU||3 working days*|
*Additional days can be added to this period, because of the customs controls. Exceptional conditions can modify the shipping period : don’t hesitate to contact us at email@example.com for further infos.
You need our compteurs in a hurry? No probsies, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before ordering. We’ll find a solution in order to plan an express delivery (preparation & shipping, 24 or 48 hours).
Will I be able to track down my order ?
