How much does the shipping cost ?
The shipping costs are simulated in your orders. Make sure to note that if you’re eligible to free shipping, it doesn’t take the potential customs fees and taxes in consideration.

We’re shipping (almost) in the whole world. The countries list is available in your shopping cart.
When will I receive my order ?
Make sure you take these elements in consideration when completing an order :
- the shipping period estimation is counted in working days : from Monday to Friday, without public holidays.
- you’ll have to count this period from the moment you receive a shipping confirmation e-mail.
- you’ll need to add the preparation times & the shipping period to have a complete estimation of the period between the moment you order and the moment you receive your counter.
We’re validating & sending the details of your order to our logistic center after the payment has been validated. Your order is treated in a period of 2 working days. The pre-order products can take a lil bit more time, in that case the shipping period is written on the product information sheet.
Here’s an estimation of the shipping period, once your order has left our warehouse :

You need our compteurs in a hurry? No probsies, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before ordering. We’ll find a solution in order to plan an express delivery (preparation & shipping, 24 or 48 hours).
Will I be able to track down my order ?
Yup. Any shipped counter has a tracking number. This one will be transmitted to you in the confirmation e-mail we talked about, contact email@example.com if that’s not the case. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you face a problem during the tracking process.
